Position Overview
We are currently looking for a proactive and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee high-profile construction projects from inception through completion. You will lead project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure our projects consistently meet high standards in quality, safety, budget, and timelines. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership : Direct and mentor project teams, clearly communicating roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Planning & Execution : Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site supervision.
Quality & Safety : Enforce rigorous quality control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Communication & Coordination : Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and timely approvals.
Documentation & Compliance : Manage comprehensive project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Budget & Schedule Management : Closely monitor project costs and schedules, proactively managing expenses and mitigating risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
 Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. (Required)
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in construction project management within industrial or commercial settings; 3+ years highly preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with construction management software and relevant technological tools.
Soft Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple deadlines and complex projects.
Problem-Solving : Proven ability to anticipate challenges, innovate solutions, and maintain composure under pressure.

Define technical scope of project.
Promote opportunities for repeat business and create highly favorable references through the effective coordination, administration, and communication of project tasks.
Review cost estimates.
Manage project level conflict resolution.
Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.

Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members.
Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project, beginning with the initial Project Management Plan.Â
Re-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses against the goals, expectations, and the needs of the client, and recommend adjustments as necessary.Â
Coordinate with cost management group as applicable for preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation.Â
Organize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping of electronic and physical documents.Â
Drive the permitting process by designing team documents to be submitted to various local, state, and federal agencies and ensure the applicable permits are moving through the process efficiently.Â
Ensure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and client's design standards.Â
