Act as the primary point of contact for warranty escalations, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and informed throughout the closeout process. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and warranty terms. Monitor and measure performance metrics related to warranty claims and project outcomes in partnership with Warranty Consultants, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor芒鈩 degree in Construction, Business, Project Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in construction management. Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and vendors. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving projects to completion.
