Essential Function Leads NEPA-compliance (planning/decision-making/environmental review process), resiliency planning efforts, and other state/federal requirements for public infrastructure projects by conducting research, evaluating project alternatives, and preparing documents. Coordinates with agency representatives, engineers, planners, design teams, and a wide range of environmental disciplines (e.g., cultural resources, natural resources, community resources, air, noise, and hazardous materials) to develop alternatives, assess and minimize impacts, and support decision-making.
