Review all change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client, all project financial information and management of services to clients as requested. Responsible for keeping building management apprised of progress at all times. Education/Experience/Training : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of related experience. Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business. Experience in client relations, client management and consulting. Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion. Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints. Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings. Prepare and track master project budgets. Highly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once. Understanding of technical requirements for various project types. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
