Gifts Through Wills or Estates

Making the 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation a beneficiary or a partial beneficiary of an estate is an easy and efficient process. A simple codicil, or addendum, is all a donor needs. The 91Ƶ Foundation can provide wording and instructions for making such a change. A donor can add the 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation to a will in several ways:

  • Leave 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation an outright gift of money in your will
  • Leave 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation a percentage of your estate
  • Make 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation the residual beneficiary of your estate
  • Leave 91Ƶ Education and Research Foundation a specific asset in your estate (a pieceof real estate, interest in a business, stock account, a savings account, a bond fund, etc.

rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal.”

Sample Bequest of Specific Amount*
"I give, devise, and bequeath $_____ to the Associated General Contractors Education andResearch Foundation, Tax ID #52-6083465, for its general purposes.
